What can I expect when you come out to give an estimate?
We will be able to answer your questions and /or concerns based on our lifetime of paint industry experiences.
How long will the estimate take?
No more than an hour.
What areas do you serve?
Simi Valley and surrounding areas.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes ‐ 2 years no question asked on labor.
Do your employees do more than paint?
Yes, we do repairs!
What products do you use?
We use the best paint products offered in the market; it is not fair to say one brand is better than another. We work with our clients to provide direction to the product that will best meet their project’s needs.
What products do you recommend?
Again, it is based on our clients’ needs.
What are your work habits? (Will you start the job and then disappear for days or weeks?)
When we start a job, we stay on it until it is completed (provided the weather is on our side).
How long will the job take?
Most jobs last a week. Larger projects 2-3weeks.
Do you offer design/decorating services?
Yes, we have our own decorator and we often work with Design firms & Architects.
Do you recommend colors/accents to a visual design element?
Most of the time our clients have an idea as to what they want before we show up. We will guide.
Do you offer plastering services?
We will patch and fix plaster.
Do you offer drywall services?
Yes.
What protective clothing do your employees wear?
All workers will be dressed professionally.
